The 30-day re-change restriction does not apply during the free trial, so you can switch freely.
During the free period, refund management usage in billing management will show as none.
BASIC is suitable if your main purpose is querying refund history and managing status.
PRO is suitable if you want to fully utilize real-time alerts, user blocking, and automation features.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading (PRO → BASIC or None, BASIC → None) restricts re-upgrading for 30 days after the change.
However, within the initial free trial period (7 days), changes can be made without this restriction.
The Enterprise plan is custom-designed to match the scale and characteristics of specific games. Dedicated regions, SLA, security requirements, etc. are discussed separately and provided in a customized manner.
Once you cancel, store webhook reception stops and any refunds that occur afterward will not be collected.
Your existing refund history data is retained, and you can resubscribe at any time to continue managing refunds.
Yes. You can use Refund Management on its own without using other Backend Base features.
However, installing and integrating the Backend SDK is still required.
Additionally, if you do not use user authentication (login), features that require user identification — such as real-time alert delivery and automatic blocking — may be limited.
